Due to the specialized nature of our practice, we are not currently in network with any dental insurance plan. Therefore, payment in full is due at the time of service. However, if you have private dental insurance, you may be able to receive reimbursement for your visit, depending on your specific plan. Please bring your insurance card and information with you, and we will file the claim on your behalf as an out-of-network provider.
